Once a space is reserved for your student, your account will be charged the weekly rate even if your student does not attend.

A set weekly schedule is required to hold your student's space on those days each week. A two week written notice of withdrawal is required. 

​

Invoices are sent every other Monday. Payment is due every other Wednesday.

To avoid a 2.96% service fee per transaction, please pay by linking your account and routing number directly, and setting up auto pay otherwise the monthly charge will be added to your end of the month invoice.
